Responsible for supporting the assigned work area through machine setup, material staging, workflow coordination, operator training, and quality oversight.
Key Responsibilities- Operate machines, perform in-process quality checks, and package components to customer requirements
Responsible for supporting the assigned work area through machine setup, material staging, workflow coordination, operator training, and quality oversight.
Key Responsibilities- Operate machines, perform in-process quality checks, and package components to customer requirements
- Set up and tear down machines
- Stage materials, packaging, paperwork, and inspection equipment for upcoming jobs
- Operate a forklift as needed
- Train operators on processes, safety, and quality requirements
- Monitor product quality and address quality issues
- Address personnel issues with the Operations Manager and other leads
- Inspect equipment daily and report equipment issues
- Identify and support process improvements
- Support daily production and workflow within the assigned work area
- Train and support operators
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Provide leadership and supervision when the Operations Manager is absent
- Skills:
Basic computer and math skills, ability to read and communicate effectively - Education/Training:
High school diploma or equivalent - Experience:
3 years of manufacturing experience - Preferred:
Machine maintenance & technical experience
