Organic Valley is seeking a Production Float at the Chaseburg Creamery in Chaseburg, WI. The role covers HTST, Intake, Buttermaking, butter packaging and sanitation, with on-call shifts and 6am–6pm hours. This safety-sensitive, hourly position requires flexibility across production areas and weekend/holiday work.
365 days a year of operation, with a 3% annual bonus potential based on performance. Base hourly wage ranges from $21.37 to $25.91 per hour, plus shift premiums and weekend
