Location: Town of Hustisford
PIVOT POINT INC. a manufacturer of non-threaded metal fasteners located in Hustisford, WI is seeking qualified candidates to fill a
* Full Time Automated Machine Set-up Operator position.
This person would learn to set up, troubleshoot, and operate some of our impressive, proprietary automated machinery.
- Full Time 2nd Shift (Monday--Thursday 2:20pm-12:50am)
Training for the first 2-3+ months would be on 1st shift Mon-Thurs (4am-2:30pm) initially, then possibly split shift during adjustment period for this position.
Wage starting at $27+/hour with future wage growth potential.
Requirements- * Experience in Manufacturing Machining required, _highly preferred experienced_
** _working with Metal_* - ** Strong mechanical aptitude**
- ** Ability to do machine set-ups and troubleshoot mechanical problems**
- ** 3+ years of experience both operating AND setting up machines**
- * Ability to work independently*
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to use close tolerance measuring tools
- Ability to perform repetitive motion standing or sitting in one place for extended periods of time
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, Q.C. sheets and measuring devices
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of what is needed to produce quality parts
- * Solid work history and attendance record with proven reliability.**
