The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a CNC Setup Machinist for the 2nd shift in the Big Bend, WI area. This direct-hire role features a 4-day work week (Mon–Thu, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM) with three-day weekends and a competitive up-to-$33/hour baseline plus shift premium.
You will independently set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills and turning centers, adjust tooling/offsets, inspect parts to tight tolerances, and interpret blueprints and GD&T while maintaining a 5S, clean, air-conditioned
