Zaddy Solutions is seeking a CNC Setup Machinist for the Big Bend, WI area on 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM). This direct-hire role offers up to $33/hr plus a generous 2nd shift premium in a clean, climate-controlled 5S facility serving aerospace, defense, and medical markets.
Responsibilities include independent setups on multi-axis CNC mills and turning centers, tooling and offset management, and close-tolerance inspections using micrometers, calipers, and GD&T principles.
