The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Senior CNC Setup Machinist for a direct-hire role with an aerospace/defense client in Wisconsin. You will own complex machine setups on HMC/VMC mills and multi-axis turning centers, edit G-code at the controller, and perform precision first-article inspections.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years independent CNC setup, ITAR/compliance, and the ability to mentor operators while collaborating with engineering on DFM reviews.
