Position Title:
Assembly Wage: $20.00/Hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours:
5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for an Assembly at a company in Mosinee, WI. This is a potential to hire position.
Assembly Responsibilities:- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to assemble windows to spec
- Operate hand tools and measuring equipment (e.g., drills, screwdrivers, hammers, tape measures)
- Inspect and ensure quality of assembled and pre-assembled materials
- Package and prepare products for shipment
- Work closely with team members and support other production areas as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Past assembly or similar manufacturing experience required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to read/use tape measures, blueprints, and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Effective communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
- Reliable attendance history
- Stand for up to 10 hours per day
