The Injection Molding Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring that the molding processes are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

By joining our team, you will contribute to the production of precision-molded components and play a vital part in maintaining the operational excellence of our facility.

Working as an Injection Molding Technician offers a rewarding career path for individuals who are detail-oriented, technically skilled, and committed to continuous improvement. You will be responsible for installing molds, setting machine parameters—including temperature, pressure, and cycle time - and connecting auxiliary equipment to ensure seamless production runs. Your expertise will be called upon to monitor ongoing production, make real-time adjustments, and document any process changes to maintain consistent product quality.

In this role, you will serve as the first line of defense against production issues. Diagnosing and resolving problems related to machines, molds, materials, or processes is a key part of the position, ensuring that defects are minimized and production goals are met. You will also perform detailed inspections of molded parts, ensuring they meet both internal specifications and external customer standards.

Preventive maintenance is critical to our operation, and you will be tasked with cleaning and lubricating equipment, as well as reporting any necessary repairs to keep our systems running smoothly.

Safety and organization are core values of our workplace. As an Injection Molding Technician, you will be expected to strictly adhere to safety protocols, including OSHA regulations and Lockout/Tagout procedures. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, in line with 5S principles, will help optimize productivity and ensure the well-being of all team members.

The ideal candidate will have completed a two-year technical degree or be enrolled in a technical course, with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience as a Manufacturing Technician or in a related field. Strong electrical aptitude is essential, as you will interact with a range of machinery and may communicate with vendors and suppliers for troubleshooting and technical support.

Proficiency in CAD platforms such as Solid Works, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, and Pro Engineering will further support your ability to excel in this position. Flexibility, a strong work ethic, and effective influencing skills are valued traits that will help you succeed and grow within our organization.

Our company is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and safe workplace where each employee is valued and empowered to contribute their best. If you are seeking an opportunity to advance your technical career and make a meaningful impact in the manufacturing sector,
