Location: Town of Richfield
MGS Mfg. Group, Inc in Richfield, Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Supervisor Assistant for a 12-hour day or night shift on a 2-2-3 rotation. Training starts on an 8-hour day shift before transitioning to the 12-hour cycle.
You will supervise through strategic planning to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, schedule operators, monitor adherence to the QMS, mentor direct labor, assist with onboarding, participate in pre-shift huddles, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives.
