Production Associate - Front End Loader Operator, 2nd Shift

Our company continues to grow and expand, which presents many new opportunities. Our Jackson, WI plant is eagerly seeking Production Associates with experience in front‑end loader and heavy equipment operation.

• Operating a front‑end loader to transport bulk materials
• Stacking 50 lb bags on pallets and wrapping pallets for shipping
• Mixing and blending material for fertilizer and ice melter
• Running and monitoring machines to ensure safety and efficiency
• Operating a forklift to move pallets between buildings
• General cleanup of work areas
• Miscellaneous projects as needed (inventory, grounds keeping, etc.)

• $20.00‑$25.00+ per hour starting pay based on experience
• Additional $1.00 per hour shift premium for working 2nd shift

• Previous experience and comfortability with forklift operation, including stacking pallets 2–3 high is a plus
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work 2nd shift (2:15 pm‑12:45 am Monday‑Thursday)
• Willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives
• The ability to keep accurate records and follow procedures
• Pass a post‑offer drug screen
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work
• Ability to lift 50 lbs comfortably
