Marketing Associate

This role will contribute to ACD Distribution’s digital marketing strategy, balancing time between crafting email campaigns and curating products on the company website. This role reports to the Marketing Director and will be the seventh member of the Marketing team.

• Create, schedule, and track B2B marketing emails through Mailchimp
• Maintain product and customer data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems
• Coordinate with the Purchasing team for content approval and vendor updates
• Edit and format product descriptions, images, and promotional content for marketing use
• Support website updates, preorder reports, and internal communications
• Contribute to marketing projects, including Meeple Monthly and ACD Games Day Expo
• Assist with marketing reports and analytics to measure campaign performance
• Other duties as assigned

• One to three years of related experience in marketing or related field preferred
• Experience with an email service provider such as Mailchimp
• Experience with Adobe Creative including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage several projects at one time
• Collaborative and positive attitude

• This position operates in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times

• Salary: $18.74-$20.00 an hour commensurate with experience
