Job Title: Director of Advertising
Location: Camden, NJ (Hybrid: onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Duration: 3 Months contract with possible extension
Pay Range: $120/hr w2
What's the Job?- Lead the development of integrated marketing communication strategies that effectively build brand awareness and influence consumer behavior.
- Oversee the creation and execution of innovative, on-brand creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve business objectives.
- Manage the flawless execution of activation plans across multiple channels, ensuring attention to detail and alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external agency partners to develop inspiring briefs and drive creative excellence.
- Define clear KPIs, measure campaign performance, and optimize strategies to maximize impact and ROI.
- 10+ years of integrated marketing experience, with a strong background in consumer packaged goods or related industries.
- Proven ability to develop and lead strategic marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results.
- Deep understanding of all communication channels—paid, earned, and owned—and how to leverage them effectively.
- Exceptional creative intuition and experience guiding creative agencies to produce breakthrough ideas.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across organizational levels.
