We're looking for a Communications Specialist to join our Austin office and help develop clear, engaging communication across a range of company initiatives.

You'll work with different teams to gather information, develop content, coordinate communication activities, and make sure important messages are delivered clearly and consistently. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys writing, collaboration, and bringing structure to multiple communication projects.

• Develop written communications for internal initiatives, marketing activities, announcements, and company projects.
• Coordinate communication schedules and ensure key updates are delivered on time.
• Draft and edit emails, presentations, newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials.
• Work with internal teams to gather information and translate complex updates into clear messaging.
• Support the planning and delivery of communication campaigns and company initiatives.
• Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and presentation across communication materials.
• Assist with employee, customer, and stakeholder communications as required.
• Coordinate content and information for meetings, presentations, events, and promotional activities.
• Monitor communication activity and gather feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Research audiences, industry developments, and communication trends to support new initiatives.
• Maintain organised communication resources, content calendars, and project documentation.

• Previous experience in communications, marketing, public relations, content, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate information clearly.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with different teams and managing multiple deadlines.
• Creative approach to developing engaging content and messaging.
• Professional and confident when communicating with different audiences.
• Comfortable using standard office and digital communication tools.
