** CONTEXT:
** Join our Greater North Texas Ministry team! We offer excellent and practical ministry training for each part of your job from discipleship, outreach, evangelism, student empowerment, and missions to professional development and support raising. You will learn how to plant new ministry as well as grow established student chapters alongside a diverse team of students, staff and types of focused ministries.
Our team is known for holistic discipleship, hospitality, communal support, and having lots of fun together. This is also a great team for moms in ministry. Come learn and grow with us!

* LOCATION:
** We currently have the most need for Campus Staff Ministers for the following locations/foci. Please indicate in your application which you are interested in (if any):
* Baylor University
* The University of Texas at Arlington If you are interested in working at a location that is not listed, fill out the application and indicate where in the relevant question. You are also welcome to input multiple locations and we will take them into consideration. Note that our region of Inter Varsity serves the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
If you would like to serve in one of those states, search for it in the search bar to find the openings. During the interview, there will be a greater discussion around location and also the opportunity to go to other places in need of staff.
** ESSENTIAL COMMITMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES
** Disciple students and faculty by equipping them to hear the Word, respond actively, and debrief and interpret the experience so that they grow in Christlikeness, reflect our Core Values, and develop ministry skills
You work with a network of other local, area, regional, and national Inter Varsity staff and volunteers so that our work reflects Biblical standards of excellence, integrity, and partnership.
Complete reporting, planning and review requirements in a timely way so that you and your supervisors can assess and improve your work as a CSM
** Accomplish all other assigned tasks as appropriate
**** QUALIFICATIONS (common to all levels of CSM)
** Annually affirm Inter Varsity’s Statement of Agreement (Doctrinal Basis and Purpose Statement). Abide by Inter Varsity’s Code of Conduct. Believe and behave consonantly with Inter Varsity’s Human Sexuality Theological Paper. Affirm and behave consonantly with Inter Varsity’s “Women in Ministry Statement of Affirmation”Strong interpersonal skills (including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software
** WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
** Pay:
This position is funded through personal fundraising. Accordingly, compensation will vary based on the ability of the individual to secure a donor team to fund the cost of his/her salary. The anticipated salary range for this position on a full-time basis (40 hours/week) is dependent on a variety of factors, including location and cost of living. The actual salary received, including any geographic adjustment to account for location and cost of living, is subject to the individual’s ability to raise funds necessary to cover the full amount of such salary within the range set forth in the job posting details.
