• 12 months of role experience required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

• Must have a Wisconsin license or compact license.
• Travel only; local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Alternatives accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Alternatives accepted.
• Pre-employment modules may be required. Upload certifications/health documents to profile.
• An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If not, may interview with third-party clinical nurse manager.

• Need to be able to read telemetry strips.

• ED or ICU experience very helpful.

Every other weekend, every other holiday.

May float to other Aspirus locations such as Merrill, Wausau, Stanley, and Langlade.

9 days maximum time off.
