A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGISTERED NURSE (RN)As a Registered Nurse (RN), you play a vital role in our clinic. You provide total care for residents, monitoring their condition and needs; you follow physician orders to administer medications and treatments, ensuring the narcotic policies and procedures are followed, monitoring for side effects, and reporting any changes in the condition of residents. You oversee the nursing assistant‑registered (NAR) staff to ensure resident care plans are followed.
With a close eye for detail, you complete documentation as well as admit and discharge residents. You report any bruises, skin tears, or signs of neglect. You maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, uphold facility policies, and deliver excellent customer service while building relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues. Your warmth and friendliness make it easy to connect with those in your care, and you take pride in the difference you make in their lives.
FOR A REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
- RN licensure with the WI Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
- Desire to work with the elderly
Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required. If you are trustworthy, respectful, dependable, professional, a team player, and enjoy serving and caring for seniors, you might be perfect for this position.
WORK SCHEDULEWe are offering both full‑time and part‑time positions, working 8‑ or 12‑hour shifts—days, evenings, overnight, and weekends—with the ability to work every other weekend.
