As our Director of Nursing, you’ll take the helm of the nursing department—guiding care delivery, inspiring your team, and ensuring we meet the highest standards in clinical outcomes and compliance. You’ll work side‑by‑side with our leadership team to create a supportive, innovative, and compassionate environment for residents and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all aspects of the nursing department
- Promote and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence
- Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and other departments
- Drive quality improvement and resident‑centered care initiatives
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin (required)
- Minimum of 2 years nursing leadership experience in long‑term care
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey processes
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire clinical teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
