Registered Nurse (RN) or Travel RN
Location:
Viroqua, WI, 54665
Shift: 10 hour (7am-5:30pm)
Contract:
12 weeks
Start: TBD
Requirements
- Must be a licensed RN
- Must have valid general certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS
- Experience in clinical settings required
- Must be COVID vaccinated
- Assess, observe, and communicate with patients regarding their condition
- Document patient medical history, symptoms, and current health status accurately
- Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Administer medications and treatments, and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Perform wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring wounds
