Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Opportunity - Ladysmith, Wisconsin Area

This group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the team in the Ladysmith, Wisconsin area. This position offers a rewarding and balanced work environment with a focus on patient care and safety.

• CRNA-only practice with no call, nights, or weekends.
• Diverse cases, including regional anesthesia, OB, pediatrics, orthopedics, and primarily outpatient procedures.
• Work within a supportive care team model, with anesthesiologist supervision approximately 50% of the time.
• Flexibility to work in Rice Lake or Eau Claire to achieve full-time status.

• Provide high-quality anesthesia services to patients undergoing various medical procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary during procedures.
• Offer pre-operative instructions, explain procedures to patients, and provide emotional support.
• Maintain expertise in patient care principles, including anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to anesthesia.

• New graduates and experienced CRNAs are encouraged to apply.
• Current certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with a full, unrestricted license to practice in Wisconsin.
• Experience providing anesthesia care to both adult and pediatric patients is preferred.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to anesthetic care.
