Under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON, the LPN/LVN performs as a licensed caregiver, responsible for assigned residents/patients during a shift. Responsibilities include coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the resident’s/patient’s plan of care, managing the environment for safety, supervising nursing assistants, and adhering to all policies and procedures in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act.

• Licensed in the State as an LPN
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to use necessary supplies and equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart, etc.)
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet all health requirements imposed by law
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge with aptitude to learn company applications
