Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Long Term Care RN for a full-time PM shift in Wisconsin requiring an active WI or compact RN license and BLS certification.

• Work in a long-term care nursing facility setting
• Position is for full-time PM shift from 2pm to 10pm
• Requires working every other weekend
• Assignment is 13 weeks in duration
• Primary patient population is residents requiring long-term care
• Responsible for communication of significant changes in resident condition to physicians and families
• Complete resident assessments and medication administration following safety standards
• Provide wound care, assist CNAs, and monitor residents for changes in condition
• Lead and direct on-floor nursing activities and report any allegations of abuse or neglect as necessary
• Maintain accurate resident records and thorough charting
• No COVID-19 vaccine requirement specified

• Active Wisconsin or compact RN license required
• Current BLS or BCLS certification required
• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred
• 1+ years of related nursing experience preferred
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required
