Under the supervision of the assigned Nurse Supervisor, this role performs resident/patient care activities and other related services necessary to meet the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients. The CNA also assists in creating a positive physical, social, and psychological environment while following all center policies and procedures.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting).
• Monitor patients' health status and report changes to the nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient records are updated.
• Collaborate with families, volunteers, and other staff to provide high‑quality care.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.

• Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program.
• Effective communication skills; able to relate positively with residents, families, volunteers, and staff.
• Positive attitude towards working with long‑term care residents and the elderly.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Met all health requirements as required by law.
