Under the supervision of the appointed Nurse Supervisor, the CNA provides resident/patient care activities and related services to ensure the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients. The role involves supporting a positive physical, social, and psychological environment by following all Center policies and procedures.

• Assist with routine care tasks and daily living activities for residents/patients.
• Follow and implement care plans and staff instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, volunteers, and staff.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program.
• Positive attitude and special interest in working with long‑term care residents and the elderly.
• Excellent communication skills in English (read, write, speak).
• Meet all health and legal requirements for the position.
• Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents/patients, families, volunteers, and other center staff.
