Job Title
Registered Nurse Weekend Warrior - RN at Edgerton Care Center
Location & PositionEdgerton Care Center – Edgerton, WI (on-site). Status:
Weekend Warrior.
Employment Type:
Full‑time (flexible schedule).
Schedule:
Days, PMs, NOCs, Weekends – choose what fits your schedule.
$43.00/hr – $57.00/hr
Compensation- $38.00 – $44.56 per hour dependent on experience
- Weekend Warrior Program – choose one of the following 3 levels:
- Level 1: base hourly wage +$5.00/hour (every other weekend)
- Level 2: base hourly wage +$7.00/hour (3 weekends per month)
- Level 3: base hourly wage +$10.00/hour (4 consecutive weekends; 5th weekend off)
- PLUS shift differentials – $2.00 per hour PM shift and $2.50 per hour NOC shift

- Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Assess residents and report changes promptly
- Document care in the EMR
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
- Ensure infection control and safety compliance
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Required:
- Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S. state and eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity (in good standing)
- CPR certified
- Ability to meet physical and job‑related requirements
- Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred:
- Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Hiring manager contact within 1–2 business days
- 1–2 interviews with leadership and mentor
- Electronic onboarding and paid orientation
- Community tour, badge, keys, and ongoing paid training
