Days, PMs, NOCs, Weekends – choose what fits your schedule.

$43.00/hr – $57.00/hr

• $38.00 – $44.56 per hour dependent on experience
• Weekend Warrior Program – choose one of the following 3 levels:
  • Level 1: base hourly wage +$5.00/hour (every other weekend)
  • Level 2: base hourly wage +$7.00/hour (3 weekends per month)
  • Level 3: base hourly wage +$10.00/hour (4 consecutive weekends; 5th weekend off)
• PLUS shift differentials – $2.00 per hour PM shift and $2.50 per hour NOC shift

• Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Assess residents and report changes promptly
• Document care in the EMR
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

• Required:
  • Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S. state and eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity (in good standing)
  • CPR certified
  • Ability to meet physical and job‑related requirements
  • Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred:
  • Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience
  • Supervisory or leadership experience

• Hiring manager contact within 1–2 business days
