WI RN license required BLS, ACLS required NIHSS preferred
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in ICU/CCU; 1 travel assignment preferred Unit Information: ICU/IMC Beds: 10 ICU/IMC | 34 Med/Surg Ratios: ICU 1:2 | IMC 1:3–1:4 | Med/Surg 1:5–1:6 Charting: EPIC preferred Policies & Notes: GSA hours not guaranteed during orientation week Low census: 36 hours of unbillable hours may apply Vaccination Policy:
Flu/COVID vaccination encouraged; unvaccinated must wear masks during flu season Radius Rule:
Candidate must reside outside 50 miles of facility
