Job Summary:The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide patient/resident care as required under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse.
TheCNA atEdgerton
Care Center completes assigned tasks to ensure timely,efficientandsafepatient/resident care. Communication and interactions with patients, residents,families and other health teammembersis an essentialcomponentof this position.

Compensation:- CNAbase hourly wage:$19.00 – $22.04 per hourdependenton experience

Key Responsibilities:- Performs initial and ongoing data collection on all patients/residents under the direction of the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Implements plan of care developed by the Registered Nurse based on patient/resident physical, psychosocial, cultural,ethnicand religious/spiritual needs.
- Provides direct patient/resident care andreportscondition and changes to RN or LPN.
- Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Document results of patient/resident care within established policies,procedure sand scope of practice.
- Nutritional care
- Effective communication with residents and family
- Completes all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:Required:
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
- Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
- Must be English literate andpossessexcellent writtenandverbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Previous hospital or long-termcare or skilled nursing experience
- CPR Certified
