Unit Leadership: Mentor and supervise CNAs to ensure care is delivered with the highest standards of dignity.
Collaborative Support: Perform clinical and administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing to support our mission.
Licensure: Must possess an active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
Clinical Skill: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality environment with a compassionate bedside manner.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with our 5‑star nursing team.
