Schedule/

Hours:

• Typical shifts will be 12 hours, including weekends and nights as needed

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license, eligible to practice in Wisconsin
• Minimum of 1 year recent ER nursing experience
• Proficiency in rapid assessment, triage, and emergency care protocols
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred)
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to fast-paced, ever-changing environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients
• Rapidly assess, prioritize, and triage patient needs
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to urgent medical situations
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and aftercare instructions
• Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to all clinical protocols

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
