Allay Hospice in Brookfield, WI, is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse to provide 1:1 hospice care during after-hours. The schedule is 7 ON 7 OFF, 4:30 PM–8:00 AM, Monday–Friday and every other weekend. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for external/new hires.
You will collaborate with the Remote Triage On Call Team, assess urgent symptoms, administer medications per protocol, and communicate with physicians to obtain orders. Ownership of patient and family guidance is essential.
