• Overall responsibility for running the healthcare department and ensuring quality resident care
• Complete assessments on all prospective residents and re-assessments as needed/annually
• Complete plan of care on all new admits and revise as needed/annually
• Utilize Point Click Care  for all resident documentation – assessments, level of care, plan of care, charting, service updates, communication to floor staff, etc.
• Communicate with MDs on resident concerns, changes, updates, etc.
• Coordinate with the pharmacy and providers on necessary medication concerns
• Oversee Healthcare team and delegating to staff providing personal cares/medication administration
• Responsible for adequate staff at 24/7 healthcare facility
• Ensure resident charts and cares are complete per state compliance and licensure
• Maintenance of personal care supplies and PPE – ensuring adequate inventory and ordering as needed
