Generations Hospice is seeking an On-Call RN to provide compassionate end-of-life care in a home setting. You will work with a strong interdisciplinary team and remote triage support to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care after hours.
Responsibilities include assessing urgent symptoms, administering medications per orders, and communicating with physicians. If a death occurs during on-call hours, you will follow procedures to support the family and coordinate next steps.
