• Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, oxygen saturation, and hemodynamic changes, promptly communicating critical updates to the care team.
• Administer emergency medications, IV therapies, and life-saving interventions in fast-paced clinical environments.
• Assist physicians during emergency procedures, diagnostic testing, and advanced cardiovascular care interventions.
• Prepare and maintain aseptic fields, specialized emergency equipment, and procedure supplies.
• Maintain accurate, real-time clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and family members on post-procedure instructions, medications, and discharge care guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient patient care and smooth departmental workflows.

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas (or active Compact RN license).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Strong critical thinking, rapid assessment abilities, and emergency intervention skills.
• Ability to transition seamlessly into new clinical teams, facility workflows, and EMR systems.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and commitment to patient safety and dignity.
