Hospice RN: Compassionate In-Home End-of- Care; PRN

Luminos Hospice is seeking a Hospice RN to provide patient-centered nursing care in patients' homes. You will coordinate with an Interdisciplinary Team, educate families, and ensure high-quality end-of-life care.

This PRN, per-visit position requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with reliable transportation. Two years of RN experience and state licensure are required, with CPR certification and a valid driver's license.
