Bright Star Care of Amarillo is seeking an LVN to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Tulia, Hereford, and nearby communities.

• Provide nursing care based on individualized plans of care
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Reinforce care instructions with patients and families
• Communicate with physicians and other members of the care team
• Complete accurate and timely visit documentation

• Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Skilled home health experience preferred, but not required
• Wound care experience is a plus
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working independently
• Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting
