Great Falls Clinic Hospital offers a Registered Nurse Residency for new graduates with less than 1 year of practice. The program provides rotations in medical/surgical, surgical services, emergency department, and clinic settings to support growth.
The residency lasts 6–12 months and combines orientation, online didactics, simulations, competency checks, and clinical rotations to build confidence and competence. Montana RN license by cohort start is required, with pre-employment screenings.
