West Texas Centers MHMR is seeking a compassionate RN to join the IDD team delivering Home & Community-Based Services, TxHmL and GR supports. You will perform health assessments, medications reviews, and coordinate care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve lives in the community.
The role requires an active Texas RN license, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel within the service region. On-call rotation and after-hours triage are expected.
