Live Well Homecare is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide independent anesthesia care across cardiac, neurologic, general, plastics, and more. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6:30 am–4:00 pm with weekend call, in Wisconsin.
Candidates must hold an active Wisconsin license or be willing to obtain one. You will deliver anesthesia care autonomously within a collaborative team, using Epic EMR and supporting the credentialing process, with benefits including malpractice
