Aurora Medical Center - Grafton is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the MS4 Med/Surg Ortho unit. This 36-hour per week position supports a 0.9 FTE day shift schedule on a 16-bed unit caring for adolescents through geriatrics, focusing on orthopedics, general surgery, and general medical patients.
The RN will provide comprehensive patient care, coordinate nursing processes, and uphold safety, patient experience, and evidence-based practice across the care continuum.
