Afternoon LPN​/RN Nurse - Lead Care & Meds; New Grads

Prescott Nursing and Rehabilitation Community is located 20 miles from St. Paul. We are a 65 bed facility that cares for short-term/transitional care/long-term Residents. Currently seeking FullWI licensed nurses for afternoon shifts. Conduct daily rounds, provide clinical supervision for nursing assistants, administer and document resident's care, medication and treatments appropriately.

• Current License by the Wisconsin Board of Nursing
• CPR Certified
• Supervisory experience preferred by not required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, organizational skills, and leadership/supervisory skills.
• Ability to work independently with no supervision, work irregular hours including every other Weekend and E/O/Holiday.
