Position Responsibilities:- Provide visible clinical leadership; coach and hold RN/LPN teams and nursing supervisors accountable for reliable, high-quality care.
- Improve clinical scheduling, client assignments and reassessment workflows; implement clear RN case ownership and appropriate nurse-case-manager oversight.
- Lead QAPI, documentation quality, regulatory/accreditation readiness, incident response, infection prevention and clinical competency development.
- Guide oversight of personal-care and higher-acuity in-home nursing services, including important client/family consultations and clinical escalations.
- Partner directly with ownership and existing managers to build sustainable clinical operations and a high-performing nursing culture.
- Registered Nurse with active, unrestricted authority to practice in Wisconsin by the start date.
- Demonstrated clinical leadership in home care, private-duty nursing, home health, hospice, or a closely related community-based setting.
- Proven oversight of RN/LPN teams, clinical assessments and care plans, quality/compliance, and nurse development.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, change-management capability, and ability to collaborate with established operations, scheduling and HR leadership.
