Salary: $19/hr – $26/hr (including incentives and overtime opportunities). Top performers can earn additional performance-based bonuses up to $15,000 per year.

- Provide lawn care services (mowing, aeration, tree/shrub care, pruning, mosquito control) as needed
- Drive company vehicles to customer locations and efficiently complete assigned tasks
- Consult with customers on services and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and report any issues or accidents
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Motivated with a desire to learn and grow with the company
We offer flexible scheduling for the snow removal season. If you are available 24/7 and can work whenever it snows, this could be a perfect fit. We can also work around your schedule or keep you on a reserve list for additional help.
