Mt Horeb Agronomy - Mount Horeb, WI 53572, This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and contributing to the success of local members.
- Operate and maintain application equipment for the custom application of crop protection products, fertilizer, lime, and other agronomic inputs.
- Safely handle, mix, load, and transport agricultural products while following company, state, and federal regulations.
- Complete application records and required documentation accurately and timely.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections on equipment and facilities.
- Assist with agronomy operations including product receiving, inventory management, and warehouse activities.
- Support customers and coworkers with a strong commitment to safety and service.
Depending on the location and season, employees may assist with:
- Commercial truck driving and product delivery
- Grain receiving, handling, drying, and facility operations
- Crop scouting and field observations
- Equipment and facility maintenance
- Shop work and mechanical repairs
- Seed treatment and seed handling
- Loading and unloading products
- General agronomy support activities
- Snow removal and grounds maintenance
- Other operational duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Agricultural background or experience preferred but not required.
- CDL or ability to obtain a CDL preferred.
- Commercial Applicator License or ability to obtain required certifications.
- Ability to safely operate equipment and work independently.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended hours during peak seasons.
