Join our passionate team at VCA White Lake Animal Hospital! We are a thriving, busy 3-doctor general practice operating out of a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in White Lake, MI. We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and pet-loving Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face and voice of our hospital.

• Client & Patient Care:
  Warmly greet clients and pets, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain an organized, welcoming reception area.
• Phone & Scheduling:
  Answer multi-line phones promptly, schedule appointments, and coordinate doctor schedules with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.

  Guide clients on basic wellness care, vaccine protocols, and routine parasite prevention.
• Financial & Record Handling:
  Present treatment estimates, collect and balance payments, and maintain accurate electronic patient charts.

  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with doctors and technicians to ensure smooth appointment flow, prescription refills, and clear communication.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-facing experience (veterinary, medical, retail, or hospitality backgrounds are all welcome!).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-first mindset.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort handling computers and practice software.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed throughout the day.

Compensation starting at $16-$18.00 based on experience.
