Location: Franksville
Shift
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 02:00pm - 10:00pm (OT very rare)
Training:
First Shift 7am to 3:30pm, then second shift after 2 weeks.
Interview:
In person or virtual (TBD).
- Basic knowledge of electrical principles and safety practices.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
- Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures.
- Associate degree from an accredited institution (flexible based on experience).
- Previous experience in high-voltage testing or electrical laboratory work.
- Familiarity with IEEE/IEC test standards and high-voltage equipment.
US-Franksville-Test Technician – Prepare and configure high-voltage test setups according to test plans and standards (IEEE/IEC).
Essential Functions- Perform AC/DC dielectric, impulse, and related tests on electrical components.
- Monitor test equipment, verify readings, and accurately record results in test logs and reports.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and strict adherence to all Client safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with 5S standards.
- Complete and maintain test documentation and reports for traceability and audits.
- Identify and report any anomalies or questionable results to the Supervisor.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and test procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Associate degree from an accredited institution (preferred but flexible).
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a high-voltage environment.

- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures.
