Ornua Quality Lab Technician in Hilbert, WI supports QA and Food Safety programs. The role performs on-line testing (fat, moisture, pH) and reports out-of-spec results to production, ensuring compliance with GMPs and HACCP regulations.
Responsibilities include equipment calibration, sample testing, and cross-functional communication with production teams to maintain product quality. Shift is 1st (6:00am-4:00pm, Mon-Thu) with overtime as needed.
