Location: Town of Texas
Commissioning Managers – Mission Critical (Nationwide Search)
We are supporting a national build-out of data centers, industrial facilities, and large-scale mission‑critical projects and are hiring experienced Commissioning Managers (Cx Managers) to lead MEP, electrical, mechanical, and controls commissioning from design review through IST and turnover.
Compensation: $140K–$190K+ base plus bonus and travel package.
What You Will Do:- Lead commissioning for complex mission‑critical projects.
- Oversee FPT, IST, startup, and turnover.
- Coordinate with GCs, trades, OEMs, and owner representatives.
- Validate electrical, mechanical, and controls systems performance.
- 7+ years of Cx, MEP, or mission‑critical experience.
- Strong electrical and mechanical commissioning background.
- Experience with data centers, industrial, or large infrastructure projects.
- Willingness to travel or relocate to top‑tier markets.
