Beecher's Handmade Cheese in Shullsburg, Wisconsin is seeking a Lab Technician to support food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance from raw milk intake through finished product.
You will conduct routine quality checks, collect samples, perform testing, verify HACCP/GMP compliance, monitor CCPs, maintain records, and assist audits. This role offers a 4-day work week (10-hour shifts) with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, PTO and holiday pay.
