• A licensed real estate agent in Nevada (one year or longer)
• A self-starter who is eager to generate leads, nurture clients, and close deals
• A strong negotiator and communicator with excellent follow-up skills
• Someone who thrives in a team-oriented, high-energy environment

What You’ll Do:

• Guidebuyers & sellersthrough the real estate process with confidence

• Deliver top-notchcustomer serviceto create lifelong client relationships

What Success Looks Like in your First Year:

• Close 24+ transactions with our lead support
• Build a pipeline of loyal clients & referrals
• Establish a strong local presence through team marketing

• 1+ years of experience in real estate
• Strong knowledge of the Henderson & Las Vegas real estate market.
• Must live within close proximity to Henderson, NV, as our business is primarily in East Henderson, Lake Las Vegas, and surrounding areas.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
