Overview

Rock Pointe Village is seeking a professional, highly motivated, passionate, “people person” to act as a Full-Time Leasing Professional for a 279-unit brand new townhome community located in Lannon, WI. The Leasing Professional is responsible, under the supervision of the Property Manager, for touring apartments and the community to prospective residents and securing commitments and deposits. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who will provide customer service support to residents, including answering telephones, greeting residents, performing move-in procedures, processing rental applications and maintenance service requests, and other duties as assigned.

The ability to work well independently and in a team environment with a positive attitude is required.

This is a Full-Time position. Five-day work week with weekends required, but no more than 40 hours per week. This position is hourly, with an aggressive commission structure.

• Physically able to be mobile throughout the property.
• Willingness to work offsite for marketing or promotional events as a representative for Mammoth Springs.

• Market apartments by phone and in person; tour apartments and the community to prospective residents, explain features/benefits, overcome objections, secure commitments, and follow up on undecided prospects; process rental applications in a timely manner.
• Lease administration under the supervision of the Property Manager.
• Ensure accuracy of data input into software.
• Review advertising of rentals for accuracy and make recommendations as needed.
• Inspect the community while on-site and note any deficiencies.
• Accept maintenance requests professionally, efficiently, and effectively.
• Assist in performing move-in and move-out administration with attention to detail.
• Represent Rock Pointe Village professionally; maintain a positive, businesslike attitude in person and on the telephone; present neat, professional attire and grooming appropriate for greeting the public, vendors, and residents.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Policy.
• Provide excellent resident services through day-to-day interaction and correspondence with residents.
• Reply to email inquiries professionally and with clear-written communication.
• Assist with other assigned projects as needed.
