Innovative Labs is seeking a Product Development Scientist I to join our R&D team. You will gain hands-on lab experience supporting new product development, working alongside our scientists on bench-top prototypes to pilot-scale trials.
You'll assist in preparing prototypes, document results, and help with Nutrition/Supplement Facts panels while growing in a collaborative, quality-focused environment.
